At BlenzaTrade, we aim to provide high-quality gaming tools and accessories. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and refunds. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Perishable items such as batteries or consumable gaming accessories
Please check product details before purchasing to ensure the item is returnable.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@blenzatrade.com.
4. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@blenzatrade.com, and we will guide you through the process.
5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Exceptions
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), including:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
